Click 'Continue.'
On the next screen, you will be shown some recommended troubleshooting steps. Go through these options as it could potentially solve your issue without having to wait for a repair person and without accruing extra costs.
If the troubleshooting tips don't work, click 'Continue' to proceed with submitting your repair ticket.
You will be redirected to a sign-in screen where you can enter your home phone number and the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number. Or, you can sign in with your AT&T user ID and password. Select 'Continue.'
You will be asked for your contact information next so AT&T can reach out to you. Provide a phone number and an email address.
Under 'Access Information,' enter any information you want the AT&T team to know about your residence. For example, if you have a dog or a code is required to enter the building.
Click 'Continue.'
Review all of the information and select 'Submit.'
You'll receive an email confirming your online repair ticket request has been submitted.
